Personal data deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data stored on the NSP Club websites. Here is how to do it and what happens next.

How to send a request

Fill in the form on our Contact page. In your message, write "Data deletion" and add the phone number you used on the website, in an order or in the chat, if we have it. In the email field, enter the address you used with us. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, please mention that too.

To make sure no one deletes someone else's data, we will email that address and ask you to confirm the request by replying.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can delete your data directly in Facebook: "Settings & privacy" → "Settings" → "Apps and websites" → find "NSP Club" → "Remove". Facebook will forward the request to us automatically and we will delete the data linked to your account.

What we delete

• your website account: name, email, phone number, delivery addresses;
• the Facebook or Google sign-in link;
• your newsletter subscription;
• your website chat conversations and files attached to them.

What remains

Order records are anonymised: your name, contact details, address, order comments and technical data (IP address, browser) are erased. Only the products, amount and date remain, with nothing that identifies you, for statistical purposes. If an order is still being processed, we will anonymise it as soon as it is completed. We do not accept payments on our websites, so we hold no payment data.

Your reviews and comments stay on the website, but without your name or anything else that identifies you.

We cannot delete messages stored by messaging apps and social networks themselves (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook, Instagram). You can delete them in the settings of the respective app.

Website backups are rotated; deleted data disappears from them as old copies are replaced.

Timeframe

We will acknowledge your request and complete it within 30 days, and email you once it is done.
