Garlic NSP Tablets – Benefits and Indications
The medicinal qualities of garlic have been highly valued by people since ancient times. Archaeological finds in ancient dwellings, dating back approximately 10,000 years, indicate that humanity has known about garlic for a very long time. Ancient civilizations such as the Romans, Egyptians, Arabs, and Jews actively cultivated this product. In many cultures and mythological traditions, garlic played a significant role, serving as a protection against evil spirits and a means to identify witches. In Slavic legends, it is mentioned as "snake grass," capable of healing even severely injured snakes.
In addition to its mythological aspect, garlic has concrete historical significance. For example, it was found in the tomb of the famous Tutankhamun. During epidemics, including the Black Death in Europe, garlic was a real salvation for those who consumed it in large quantities.
Before the advent of antibiotics in medicine, the use of garlic effectively fought infections and accelerated wound healing. Modern scientific studies confirm that this product positively affects the respiratory, digestive, and nervous systems, as well as strengthens the immune system.

Due to its composition, garlic can lower high blood pressure and regulate blood sugar levels, making it a kind of natural antibiotic. Compounds in garlic show high antibacterial activity, even against antibiotic-resistant microorganisms.
Moreover, garlic can combat helminths and contains phytoncides, volatile substances that suppress the growth and reproduction of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. These substances not only destroy harmful microorganisms but also promote the multiplication of beneficial ones, thereby helping to fight intestinal parasites.
The unique aroma and taste of garlic are due to the presence of thioethers. In the effort to rid garlic-based products of their specific smell, some manufacturers deprive them of valuable properties. However, NSP has developed an innovative technology that preserves all the beneficial qualities of natural garlic.
