Clean Set — a ‘clean start’ set
Clean Set—a range of Nature’s Sunshine’s plant-based and herbal dietary supplements. It is designed for people who want to support their daily diet, maintain a feeling of lightness and well-being, and establish regular, healthy habits. Clean Set has replaced the previous Clean Start kit: it has a different composition — six products.

How does the Clean Set differ from the Clean Start?
NSP Europe has updated the set: instead of the previous combination, it now contains six products, including Liver Health Formula, Fenugreek & Thyme and Garlic. The price of the set remains the same.

How NSP Club experts use the set
Clean Set is often taken at the start of a programme — before vitamins and protein shakes. Alongside it, the Club’s experts advise drinking more water and eating more vegetables. How to take it
Take each product in the set as recommended on its label. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Can I take this set alongside medication?
If you are taking medication regularly — particularly blood-thinning drugs or diabetes medication — please consult your doctor: garlic, fenugreek and turmeric may affect how they work.
Is it suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Only after consulting your doctor: the herbal products in this set are not recommended for use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding without medical advice.
I used to buy Clean Start. Is this the same set?
No, the composition is different. The Clean Set has replaced it; NSP no longer produces Clean Start.

How long does the Clean Start package last?
Hello Anna, please accept my apologies for the late reply. One pack of Clean Start is sufficient for a full 14-day cleansing programme. The exact instructions for use are set out in the package leaflet. If you have any questions about how to use it or would like to put together a follow-up programme, simply reply to this email.
